I've been staring at it since it was posted and have been meaning to leave an awesome comment, the white guoache really adds such a great touch for the clouds and vanilla XD woman you could do a show on painting from the kitchen! XD
if you want to know what i'm using, i'll just tell you because the scanner doesn't represent the same colors that you would see in IRL.
I'm using vanilla as a base and using a sepia ink to finish the monochromatic look. I have black in there to help give the bg some contrast and used gouache to sponge in some clouds. Then I take a set of french greys to put in some more tones to give it more contrast as sometimes more and more layers of ink don't do its job. hope this helps
